Upgrade cost

Recently I upgraded to TV 360, and was led to believe that the upgrade was free if you had, or upgraded to, the oomph bundle.

I have this bundle and yet I have an upcoming bill of £24.95 to look forward to.

is this correct?

When I switched to 360 earlier this year I was also charged £25 for the new remote, although I was already on the Ultimate Oomph bundle.

There is a fee for the TV360 upgrade, however are you able to advise where or how you were led to believe it would be free?

If you google “cost of virgin tv 360 upgrade” then go to virgin’s own site, it says……..

”those taking, or upgrading to, the oomph bundle will get the upgrade for free”

tell me if I’m wrong, don’t think I am.

The free upgrade was to Ultimate Oomph, but not the other Oomph packages.

Existing customers who take the Ultimate Oomph bundle, or existing customers who upgrade to Ultimate Oomph, will also be able to get Virgin TV 360 later this year – at no additional cost.
