In what way is your 360 not working - can you explain what's happening and any error codes/messages?

Is it live TV affected? OnDemand? Recorded programmes?

The more info you can give, the better others can advise.

Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you're having issues with our TV service. 

Are you still experiencing the issues with your set top box now? 

If you see any error codes you can look them up here and it will advise you on how to troubleshoot or if we need to send an engineer: https://virg.in/tverrors

If not they double check the online checker to see if there is any known area faults that could be affecting you at this time: https://virg.in/servicechecker
