Hi, my Virgin 360 box did an update a couple of days ago and is now in a bootloop, I get the multi language welcome screen followed by the "Starting Up" screen, then it just goes back to the welcome screen again.
I tried holding down the + and power buttons simultaneously whilst restarting the box but it just goes back into a loop. I'm loath to phone Virgin for obvious reasons so this is my last ditch attempt to find a cure.
Can anyone help please?

Try holding the - (minus) button instead of the + (plus) button
Also make sure you have turned off the 360 at the switch before holding down the power and + or - minus buttons at the same time, and keep holding them both for a furhter 30 seconds when turning the 360 back on.
