Tv 360 upgrade issue

I’m trying to complete my upgrade after getting my new 360 remote but keep getting the message saying upgrade failed error code MA1/4/40

Any ideas of what the issue might be?

Hi @Tqob2004 

This error generally needs VM to update their systems or send out an engineer.

A few people have been able to complete the set up by either turning on and off their boxes, or by deleting recordings before trying again.

Deleted all the recordings and it worked like a charm!
