Trying to delete watched recorded program

In I have one program which I have watched but despite repeated attempts it either reappears or I get the message something has gone wrong.

Using the TVGO app usually fixes this sort of problem.

Apologies for the recording deletion issue, can I ask what boxes you have?

Also are you receiving any error code?



How would I find the make and model please?

You've posted in the TV360 forum, so I'm going to take that as read - but perhaps first check - 

Then, do you have master or mini-boxes? Minis are half-the-height due to lack of hard drive..

I have two masterTV360 boxes as per the image on the left


Only error messages are the ever helpful "" Oops something has gone wrong please try again later"

I know you want to delete the program but are you still able to watch it, if you can't then it means the program has been deleted and it's just the entry that is still reoccurring which is why the TVGO app usually deletes it, I would try using TVGO again but if you tried using a mobile App try on a PC using this link when both boxes are turned on, or if you tried on a PC but not using the App then try the App. 🤞
