TVs keep turning on after 360 update

I have 2 Sony TVs both connected to individual 360 boxes (they were V6 boxes). They both use BOSE sound bars.

Since the upgrade, both TVs keep switching themselves on.  The 1st tv will switch on at any time off the day - but usually at night.  The second tv tends to restart every time I try to switch it off.  Sometimes this can be up to 9 or 10 times.

I never had these problems when the boxes were in the V6 format

Unfortunately that didn’t work.  Any other ideas?

Good morning @creynolds1956

Welcome back to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.

I am really sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

Just to confirm you have tried the Settings > Audio & Video > One Power.  Steps?

Kind regards,

Zak_M

Yes, on both 360 boxes.  Mini box is not an issue

Hi Creynolds1956,

Sorry, you are having issues with your TV switching on with the 360 boxes.

I apologise for asking you to do the same troubleshooting.

Have you tried different HDMI's? Or factory resetting them?
