Trying to install TV 360 for several days. Screen now showing fault MA1/4/40 although the fault code is different from last attempt. Am at end of my tether, please help. 🙏
(I have tried rebooting several times and have deleted most recordings)

This usually means there is a discrepancy between the software your box is trying to run, and that which your account is expecting.
Either way, it'll need VM to intervene to resolve. You can either call in for immediate assistance, or wait here (might be a day or so) for staff to assist.

As per japitts advice - This error generally needs VM to update their systems or send out an engineer.
You could try the following as a few people have been able to complete the set up by either turning on and off their boxes, or by deleting recordings before trying again.
