TV360 Voice Command not working

Today I've received two 360 remotes so I can upgrade my two Tivo Boxes

The upgrades and remote Sync was a breeze

However the Voice Command doesn't seem to work on one of them --- when I press the VC Button the "onscreen MIC icon" just comes on for a second and then goes off.

The other controller works fine thank you 😀

Any tips ?

I got my 360 remote today as well. Had the same problem as you but pressing the power off (top right), followed by a a power-on resolved the issue. 

/\/\  Thanks for replying but that didn't work ..... While I was there, I removed the handset batteries and rebooted the box'

Voice Command stll not working though one box 😔

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with one of your new remotes.

 

Do you have an Eero router/ mesh set up in your property at all?
