After 360 installed the remote works apart from when you turn off tv after about 20 minutes it comes back on even if I use the Old Virgin remote it still happens. The only way tv stays off is by turning the power off on the wall. Any ideas?
Sounds like it's not the remote but a setting on the TV.
Some tvs try to detect if the box is on and then turns on automatically, what model of TV do you have? There should be a setting to turn off "auto on" on HDMI connections
It might be due to the eco settings on your Samsung.
Press the Home button on your remote control.
Using the directional pad on your remote, navigate to and select Settings.
Navigate to and select General.
Select Eco Solution.
Select Auto Power Off.
