Hi, setting up tv and broadband and the wire that connects to my 360 box isn't long enough to get to my TV. Is there a longer wire? Or a way to move the wall connection point to closer to the TV. Its not possible to move my TV 😞

You'll need a manned engineer installation to put the cabling & connections where you need them.
Either call in on 0345 4541111 or 0800 0521734, or wait on here for a VM staff member to respond.

I don't have a 360 box but assuming it uses normal coax like the Tivo or V6 then just go to somewhere like B&Q and buy the length of cable that you need (they have it on a roll you can cut your own length from) and the connectors which they also sell it and run it from the VM socket to your TV.
If you have carpet laid then it should go under the carpet between the gripper rod and the skirting. If you have to cross a doorway that's a bit more tricky as you don't want the cable being walked on so you might need to cut a small trench out in the floor just big enough for the cable to sit in so that the top of the cable is flush or just below the level of the floor.

Is bad advice, unless you're willing to run the risk of poor quality cabling and/or install causing signal issues on a) Your kit, b) That of your neighbours. VM could easily invoice you for the cost of putting that right.
VM's coax is specialist grade triple-screened to prevent external interference.
