TV 360 - whining noise

Did you get this resolved? Just moved to virgin media and the 360 box is so loud during tv and afterwards when on standby

unfortunately no, i have had to use my 2nd Box as my main box as a workaround

I did get a replacement box organised via customer services, that was 3 months ago and still waiting...(!)

The 360 has an in-built fan, but neither that nor the HDD should be off-putting by any stretch. If they are, you might have a faulty box.
