TV 360 Frame advance - How ?

Upgraded a few months ago to TV360 and very pleased with virtually all aspects. One thing that is challenging me is "frame advance" I can freeze the picture and then get slow motion advance, but seem unable to advance one frame at a time like I could on the old remote. I like using this facility to "inspect" those moments that are easily missed even on slow motion i.e. Formula One.

Is it me (probably) or has the facility been removed ?

Over to the experts ......

Hi @Southcoastboy

I'm afraid  you can't play back frame by frame.

The nearest to it to play back in slow motion is by pressing Pause then Fast Forward

Dave,

Thanks for the answer, I was hoping it was me at fault !

Very disappointed that in developing a better product Virgin has removed this facility. Can't see the logic in going backwards.

What were they thinking ?
