Hi I am having the same issue as everyone sound only no picture , have switched off the box rebooted many times ..everything else’s works < can an engineer be sent out it’s been like this for 2 days now

Have you unplugged your TV from Wall for 30seconds also?

1: You've posted in the TV360 forum but referenced a TiVo, they're totally different boxes. Which do you have? Check here if you're not sure
2: jb66 advice is a great place to start
3: If problems persist, do you get your 360/TiVo menu system, or literally no picture at all?

I am really sorry to hear that you appear to be facing some issues with you TiVo box/service recently. Are these problems ongoing for you today? If so, has the advice provided by the other community members here helped at all?
