Dear Forum Team,
I refer you to the hundreds of communications regarding Dolby Audio and sound synchronization using the Virgin 360 Box. Your reply is wrong and it would be helpful if Virgin addressed this. When used with a Dolby enabled soundbar the the only way to synchronize the sound and picture is to "disable Dolby Audio" on the 360 Box, thus making any high quality sound system redundant. It is time that Virgin was open about the fact that the 360 Box does not support Dolby Audio functionality.
