Stuck on wrong network

I accidentally put in the wrong internet to my box and now it’s stuck on wrong network You’re connected to the wrong network.Please reconnect to your Virgin Media WiFi network

Hi Hiheloo,

Go to Settings > Network > Change connection type >  then press OK then Wifi

From there you can either scroll to the bottom and click on +Add network, or click on WPS  and then press the WPS button on your hub.

I can’t tho the box is stuck on the screen with Wrong network which is on the first set up

I can’t go back to settings I’ve been setting up my new box and I put the wrong network on and now it’s stuck on the wrong network error and I can’t do anything 

Have you tried rebooting the box (i.e. turning it off and on using the switch on the back or unplugging at the wall socket)?
