Does anybody know a phone number that will allow me to speak to an actual person?

You should try the usual VM number - 150 free from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (standard rate charges which are included in most call plans) however it's best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.

If you advise what your issue is then we may be able help via the forums.

It is impossible to contact through the app. How do I speak to someone about a problem with my bill?

You can call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
