Hi team, I have the full bundle, recently my sound was playing up, Virgin sent me a new 360 handset. All works fine except bottom right button, source.
I am unable to switch to CCTV or Amazon Prime or my DVD what can I do? Pudding the button does nothing

Try pairing the remote again. Don't accept the first TV code that works but try a few more.
Also, you may need to turn HDMI Control( or HDMI-CEC) to ON on your TV

Source control is to do with your TV so I would check the TV 360 settings to check that your TV type is correctly input.
