Sound out of sync

Anyone having this issue lately ,sound of sync on all channels .

Only the last couple of days where the picture is before the sound so can't adjust .

Had the issue ever since I upgraded to the 360. VM finally admitted there is a technical issue that they are working on. Might be a long wait though........
