Hi - we have recently had a new 360 TV box installed. However the sound and picture continually fall put of sync. We have been adjusting the audio delay setting as needed but yet the image/ sound keep falling out of sync.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how to resolve once and for all?

The same for me only been happening the last couple days ,it was perfect before on the same set up and settings .

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, does it happen with certain content such as Live TV, On Demand or Catch Up? If it is on Live TV is it one certain channels or across all channels? The same with both On Demand and Catch Up?
