volume issues, keeps dropping out down to a muffled level and then comes back up to original normal pre set level on remote this happens on all channels. Only happens on V360 Box, Mini Box is okay no problem.

When are you using to listen to the audio - tv or amp?
What Dolby Digital setting are you using on the V6 menu on the tv with the issue?

Re Sound: Using Sony Amp to control volume and Dolby Audio = Always Convert.

Try 'Follow content' - you'll still get Dolby when you should

Hi Ozat.
Still didn’t make any difference afraid, do you have any more suggestions.

Hi Dcrtnnh66,
Thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear you're having issues with sound on your 360 box mini. As you have tried several different options already from our valued community members and these have not rectified the issue, can we ask if you have tried another HDMI cable?
We have done some searching to see if other customers have been affected in the same way and we have found a community link here which may help as other customers have had similar issues.
Please let us know if this has been helpful in any way.
Kind regards Jodi.

Hi Jodi. Thanks for the message, but the problem is with the V360 main box, not the V360 mini box that is in the next room and is working fine no sound problems. However I will try and change the HDMI cable as you suggest and see if cures the problem. 🤔

Has the TV on the main box got some audio leveller setting?
