Anybody getting random sound dropouts on v4.33 - seen a post on this but no details on the fix ?

Is this on live TV? OnDemand? Streaming services?

If live TV - any particular channel(s)?

How is your 360 connected for sound - are you using an A/V amp, or soundbar for example?

Hi,

This is on live TV and is totally random re channel and time, my TiVo box is connected via HDMI to the Samsung Q90 TV and the Soundbar connects to the tv using ARC port on the TV and Soundbar -Samsung Q80R

This has only recently occurred since upgrading to the new TV 360 service.

Hi Pentop1963,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are having issues with sound on live TV, as you are using a sound bar have you tried removing this to see if you still have the same issue, I advise also to try a different HDMI socket and cable if the TV allows it?
