Sky uhd channels

So after nearly an hour on the phone with virgin to upgrade to the sky sports uhd channels ,they still arent on. Girl told me to reboot the box and they would be on straight away  but still nothing.anyone know how long it should take for the new channels to come on ?

Sorry to hear you are having to wait. I was connected before I finished the 20 minute call, just reopened the guide having had the box on throughout. Good luck.
