Sky Sports UHD anytime soon?

• It's now 3 years since the press statement claiming a deal has been struck with Sky for the provision of movies and sport in 4k uhd. Cinema 4k came in 2021 on virginmedia but when are we getting Sky Sport in 4k uhd?

My contract is up in September and a return to Sky is looking very tempting at the minute.

Yeah. Finally been told £7. 

So from £112, going to £119. From the date of the new price rise, it will be £134. 

This is for 250mbps, sky sports uhd and bt sports uhd. We use no other channels. Damn it's a ripoff.

That's a great deal you've got. And extra 4 quid not too bad. I checked my contract. It does say sky entertainment and cinema UHD and Sky Sports HD. I don't like the idea of having to sign a new contract to get UHD sports though. Have they extended your offer to another 18 months at £69?

OK so Ive added it to my package.  Still grey on the EPG at the moment.

Yep, same here added Sky Sports UHD and removed Viaplay - still greyed out SSUHD and (as yet) not lost Viaplay (
