Hello all

I've just subscribed to the Sky Sports extra, but have found that apparently for an extra 7 quid you can upgrade to HD. Any ideas how I do this? I've looked on the upgrades page and there is no option for it. Do I need to call?

Hi @noddybox

You can either call in 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 4 (Changes to your package) but best to call between 8am and 10am to avoid call queues, or late afternoon around tea time

Or try WhatsApp on this number 0730 532 7112. Please be aware that replies aren't instant on this service but the agents will reply as quickly as they possibly can.
