I've received my quickstart kit today. Broadband set up no issue but when setting up my tv box i get an account retrieval issue
I tried to speak to someone but he couldn't help as i couldn't give him a password which appears to be different to my online password!

If you login to My Virgin Media, click on Update settings, Account details, under My Details you will find Security details with your Security Question, you should then be able to give them the correct answer. I also had forgotten this was set when asked once.
