It used to work but says it connects but when you get the green tick only the Tv is showing in the menu tbe amplifier is missing

I do apologise. Are you able to try with a different cable to rule out it being a cable related issue? Along with this, is it possible for you to contact the manufacturer of the sound bar to see if they have any support that can resolve this for you?

Hi everything works perfectly when using the V6 360 box from upstairs so it's not cable or sound bar related.

Sorry to hear you're still having issues with this. I've ran some checks on our end and it looks like the box is showing as Unreachable. As you've also mentioned that the box is unable to connect by Ethernet, we're going to need to look into getting a replacement sent out.
