Samsung TV Remote Pairing Virgin360

I’m having a similar issue with my 7yr old Samsung tv + similar age Apple TV. The volume buttons and source buttons won’t work on any of the 3 remotes initially when switching between Apple TV and Virgin TV. How do you fix this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues pairing the TV 360 remote to your Samsung TV and Apple TV.
