Hi, called to order a replacement remote control as mine is damaged. Received a link on the call to replace the remote. The link says to call (?!!!!). Called customer services but hung up after 30 mins on hold. Joined twitter to get a response. They told me to now post on here.

HOW CAN I ORDER A NEW TV REMOTE FOR MY VIRGIN 360 BOX!!!

Hi @andrewjtowers69 

A member of the forum team should pick this up for you in a day or two and order  the remote.

There are links online to order a replacement remote, but for some reason they are only for the TIVO and V6 boxes.

In the meantime you can download and use the TV Go app (for ios or android) as a temporary remote using the link on the following page.
