Repeatedly losing audio pairing

On Virgin TV 360 box when I 'pair remote to audio system' (Hisense TV) it works okay for a time but then for no apparent reason changes to Vizio and I need to redo the pairing.

I have reset the remote and still happens.

Turning off the CEC control on the TV has worked for some people.

Sorry to hear of the remote pairing issue, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

 

Have you been able to follow roy237's advice in regards to turning CEC off? Has this helped resolve the issue for you? We do have some helpful advice here in relation to remote control issues.
