Red button not working on Sky Sports

I am trying to watch the France v Netherlands game which is advertised as being available on the Sky Sports red button service. However, when I press the red button I get a message saying "There are no interactive services on this channel".

Normally I have no issues viewing games via the red button. Why am I unable to see this one?

Will I also be unable to view the Denmark v Germany game later?

I am currently having to view this through the Sky Sports app on a tiny phone screen. I have used my Virgin Media log in details to get to this so it looks like it should be something I can view on my current package.

Thanks for posting. Apologies for the delayed reply and the red button issue. I've checked here and it was a known fault but apologies nonetheless. 

I've checked the fixtures and *think* the next one is tomorrow on the red button so any issues, let us know and we'll be happy to help.

The red button wasn't working for me either via the set top box on Monday, also the games didn't appear on the Sky Sports app either in my location.

It was working OK yesterday.

The following football fixtures, including red button, are due to be shown today.

• Andorra Republic of Ireland  International, Sky Sports Premier League (16:55)

• Spain U21 Portugal U21 European Under-21 Championship - Semi-Final, Sky Sports Football (17:00)

• Switzerland Liechtenstein International, Sky Sports - Red Button (17:00)

• Turkey Moldova International, Sky Sports - Red Button (18:00)

• Ukraine Northern Ireland International, Sky Sports Main Event (18:55)

• Belgium Greece International, Sky Sports - Red Button (19:45)

• Netherlands U21 Germany U21 European Under-21 Championship - Semi-Final, Sky Sports Football (20:00), Sky Sports Premier League (20:00)
