Re: Upgraded to 360 and picture/sound keeps on cutting out

im running v6 with tv360 software and samsung tv and this is happening to me couple of times an hour was fine till upgraded tried resetting the box but still happens

Does this affect any particular type of content - live TV? Recorded programmes? OnDemand? Streaming apps?

What's the model of your Samsung? And is it connected via HDMI or optical?

yes still ongoing happens intermittently goes black for a second and the sound stops at same time

usually with live/recoded tv

i think its a samsung ue50nu7400xxu

through the HDMI

changed hdmi to a better quality one and seems to have worked
