Picture flickering

I got the same problem only flickers on the one box  other inputs are fine it's worse when I first turn it on changes hdmi cable and slot.. This is the 3rd box

Tried all the suggested fixes it doesn't make any difference, 2 different boxes on 2 different TV's tells you it's the feed from Virgin. Can't get a picture of it doing it because it's a very subtle flicker that you can only notice when actually in the room. Is been there since my install and I've been resigned to it just being a feature of Virgin media.
