360 slow to start up

I'm having the same issue with start up. I have it set to fast start mode, but it still takes over 10 minutes to start up!

Is this normal?

If the 360 is in standby it should start up in a couple of seconds it it's set to fast start. If the 360 is turned off at the wall plug then it will do a full restart and the fast start will not make any difference, the fast start, active start and eco mode settings are only functional from standby.

It's from standby! I didn't think it was right it's taking so long! Booked an engineer visit now!
