Is there a resolution for this yet, other than turning Dolby Atmos off? Just had my Virgin package installed, with 360, and gutted to see the audio is all out of sync!

What A/V kit are you connecting your 360 to?
And do you have issues if your 360 is directly connected to your TV?

Got a Sonos Beam connected to HDMI in tv, worked fine before, but seems 360 box has messed with it!

Hi danbell221,
This has been raised previously on the 360 forums regarding the Sonos Beam and the solution was to turn off Dolby Audio.
For Sound issues go to Setting > Audio & Video - you can try the following settings
Dolby Audio to always convert, follow content or disabled

Hi danbell221,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.
I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with sonos beam.
Just to confirm are you getting audio through your TV device?

I want to avoid turning off Dolby atmos, as the sound quality is the reason I purchased a Sonos Beam!

Audio is still out of sync with the 360 box, I can see it is an issue that a lot of people have. I’m going to see how the next 10 days go, and if I can put up with it, if not I’ll cancel within the 14 days.

Have you tried connecting the 360 to the sonos with a fibre optic cable and not using the arc hdmi connection.
