Purchases restricted

Hi I’m wondering if I can get help I am being restricted by virgin media from buying ppv (bt sport box office) 

this is something I know a lot of customers are having a problem with after having been on the phone for 4 hours In 2 days being passed from advisor to advisor and all different departments that clearly have no clue I have not got anywhere and I’m really thinking about leaving. 

can anyone help me on here sort this restriction block out so I can actually buy something please?

I am so sorry to hear that you have been facing issues regarding ordering Pay Per View, can I ask what exactly happens when you try?

Do you get an error message at all? Is this happening on all channels or just particular ones?
