Problem with voice controlled recordings

On my main unit if I use voice to activate recordings I can only select the program at the top of the list - it appears that the up and down arrow buttons on the remote have been disabled. Right / left still work. This is not a problem on the slave unit.

Were not having much luck are we with your Tv Service.

Can I just ask if you have tried rebooting the 360 box?
