Playing recordings

We have only just got virgin media, and we are having trouble playing some of our recordings back, and catch up TV doesn't work. Hope someone can help

What's the trouble you're having with recordings?

And in the same vein, what happens when you try to use OnDemand?

Do you get any error codes, for example?

We can probably help, but need to know what's happening first 😉

It just doesn't play the recordings and when you go to play something with on demand it won't

Hi @Neil1606 

Is the EPG up to date?

Do you have more than one 360 box? If so is the second one  a mini box?

Is your 360 connected by ethernet cable or wifi?

Click on Settings (the cog at the right hand side when you click on the Home button) then Network > Diagnostics

What's showing on the screen? You will need also need to scroll down on the screen that opens  to see a diagram relating to Connection Speed.

If it won't bootup I'd recommend calling faults if you haven't done so already.

150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
