When turned on this evening, my 360 informed me that I was getting an upgrade tomorrow.
Currently on 4.34.
Anyone know anything about this forthcoming upgrade, and whether it will fix anything?

Ah - my wife told me about the message. I didn't read it myself. So possibly. I'll try and find out.

Hi Alan,
If it's a software update from version 4.34 we haven't heard anything about it yet, but as far as I understand the software updates can sit on the box for around 3 days before installing.

Audio sync issues if I use Dolby and HDMI connection.
Scrolling up and down channel list, or up and down channels "skips" as if remote keys are bouncing.
Netflix doesn't always start. Cured after "factory reset".. Which then requires password for all apps to be re-entered.
Series Link not working across channels. (Possibly seen as a new way of working by VM).

...I'm pretty sure that on the 360, recording a series of shows ONLY works on the channel you record them on and not across all the channels like the TiVo does.

360 Series Links are indeed single-channel only.
