Partial recording of programs

Hi

i have an intermittent problem that only part records the programs. 
This means that when try and watch our recording the program just jumps and we miss a large chunk of or program. The chunk missing can be anywhere within the recorder program.

The problem did seem to go away from Wednesday when the work was completed. but it has since returned. 
I’d like you to set up a visit of an engineer as you suggested.
Please contact me so we can get this scheduled.

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. 

I'm afraid we're not able to book the engineer yet as the fault is still open and ongoing. The reference is still F010475011 and the new estimated fix time is showing as 8th March at 9:30am. 

If you reboot your box after this time and let us know if you're still having the issues, we can check the fault status again and as long as it's closed, we can then get an engineer arranged for you.
