Not received 360 mini box

Hi. Recently upgraded to 360 and I have two V6 boxes. I understand my main one will be upgraded via software update but my mini box upstairs, I will need a replacement 360 Mini 

I only received two new remotes today and no replacement 360 box. 

What's the best way of getting this sent out

You've misunderstood. New 360 installs have one main box and all others are mini boxes.

But if you have existing V6 boxes, they all get converted to 360, which is why you've been sent remotes for both of them.

You keep both boxes which means that you will have double the recording capacity, than new subscribers get, as the mini box can't record.
