Can’t watch any tv keep getting code CS2004 called Customer service yesterday still not resolved issue, anyone else having this issue?

First thing you need to do is check all your connection's, assuming these are all ok is it just live tv you can't watch or is it on demand and app's aswell.
Have you checked your service status for any problems, you can do this by logging into your Virgin account.

The best place to check local service status is on the automated line. 0800 5610061 often lists issues down to street & postcode level that the webpage won't.
Remember live TV is carried differently to OnDemand & streaming.
