No Subs on sky comedy

Why is there no subs on sky comedy wife likes some programs on sky comedy one being And Just Like That she’s hard of hearing and relies on subs to enjoy programs etc. why is there no subs on this channel? Please help for £69.50 for the package you’d expect subs at least. She’s seriously thinking of changing to another supplier cheaper and with subs.

I've just tested Sky Comedy and subtitles are on the current program.

Click on the contextual key (3 dots) on the 360 remote, then on subtitles,. then on English

Or you can go into Settings > Profiles > Subtitle options > On or Off (Setting this to On will automatically display subtitles on programs when available)

thanks tried that no options were there for subs on the program my wife was watching we tried that and my wife’s profile is set for subs always but no subs on that program is it possible that program doesn’t have subs?

Not all programs carry subtitles.

If you state which program it was I can double check on my 360

I've just scrolled back in the EPG and used the Startover feature to check and sorry to say there aren't any subtitles available.

This may be because it's an American series
