No Amazon Prime Subtitles

Can I put subtitles on when watching Amazon Prime Video ?

Hi dartguru,

I don't have prime but does this work, when you start to watch something press pause and you should see a speech bubble 💬, clicking on that will give you the option for subtitles if available.

Hey dartguru, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having trouble adding subtitles on Amazon Prime.

To do this you you must  go to the title's overview screen, press up then right in order to select Subtitles. If captions are available, they'll have the Closed Caption or Subtitles icon.

Please remember not every programme may have them. Thanks
