New tv mix package box won’t turn on

Hi all,

so I got a text around 6:30pm suggesting I could plug in my tv box wait up to 30 minutes and get the service… we’ll I’ve double checked all cables, extension less works, still no power when pressing button I’ve reset it this has been going on for 2 hours.

Can anyone she’d some light please?

Hi @SJ9290 

Have you clicked on the rocker power button on the back of the 360?

Are any lights showing at all on the 360?

Also make sure you have the correct source selected on your TV to the relevant HDMI port the 360 is plugged into

Thank you for making your first post regarding your TV box not switching on, I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing this issue. Did you try clicking on the rocker power button on the back of the 360 box as @newapollo advised? If this doesn't work, unplug the 360 box from the power supply, wait 20 seconds, and plug it back in.

Thank you! Yes I had to disconnect everything even my wife hub and reconnect it all through the app for it all to work 😅

I had to disconnect all cables and reconnect through the app - we got there in the end 😊
