You can report service faults either by calling 150, or waiting here - but this isn't a real-time service and you may be waiting a couple of days,
What's the fault you have with your service, and what makes you think you need "a damaged cable"? What cable/connection do you think is damaged, and why?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your TV Cable. We want to best help. As mentioned by @japitts, are you able to specify what cable you are having issues with? Also, what kind of damage has it got? Are you able to send a picture of the cable so we can best understand?
