Hi there having had a new additional mini box my Sky Sports channels are not working
Please can this be rectified

Check the internet connection is working correctly on the additional box so the system can send the update through.
Settings > Network > Diagnostics
If that appears to be OK then reboot the additional box
You could also try a factory reset of the new box.
To factory reset go to Settings (the cog at the end of the Home menu) > System > Factory Reset.
It's actually misnamed and only a partial system reset and not a complete factory reset. You are given 2 options
Keep Recordings
Format Disk
With the 360 selecting Choose Keep Recordings means you won't lose your recordings or any links you've set up (but will have to sign into apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITV Hub again)
If that fails you'll need to contact VM by dialling 150 from your VM landline/mobile for them to update the systems

Thanks Dave did full factory reset but still get message of
We're currently setting up your channel and they should be available soon
Annoying so will have to call Virgin to sort
