Netflix remote bug

Ever since got 360 when on Netflix app and use scroll down button the app will every so often now quite regularly jump down two lines instead of one ,it's so annoying iv switched to the smart TV app.

As an aside, you will generally find better picture quality by using your TV's native apps rather than the ones found in your cable package. As an experiment, I watched an episode of Squid Game via the 360 Netflix app last night. The PQ was far from terrible but the TV's native app was noticeably superior.

New remote arrived today, and working perfectly.  No more skipping up and down listings, or inconsistent fast forward/backward operation.
