Netflix app freezing while playing

Every movie or series I start to watch freezes about 3-5 minutes in screen goes blank then when picture comes back it’s frozen I have to click pause for count of 10 then click play it starts again and seems fine for rest of movie or series episode. Anyone know the cause of this or having the same problem?. Never did it on the V6 box.

Don't know if it's related to this problem  but try the Match frame rate setting.

Settings > Audio & Video > Match frame rate (can either be on or off)

As per the link @roy247  sent you, switch it to Off and see if that stops the netflix freezing.

It may be you have to keep setting it to off before using netflix, and then set it to on for normal TV

Didn’t work still freezing on everything selected at the start suppose just got to accept it if click pause then play it starts again.
