I have been an account holder for 6 weeks with no activation link for Netflix. Customer support not able to do much. IT ticket raised to no avail. What else can I do? It clearly seems like a breach of contract to me. I am paying for something that I was told was part of the contract and now virgin media not able to provide that service.

You are not alone. Look for netflix issues in accounts and other areas. Been ongoing for 5 months for many of us despite posts at the head of the forums saying its sorted and the are working through the backlog. I think they have one person spending about 10 mins a week looking at the growing list and thinking ahh I'll do it later

If you're lucky they will raise a ticket. Not actually sure this means anything other than throwing a piece of paper in the air.
If you do get it resolved....buy a lottery ticket
