We have a Netflix account (had it prior to joining Virgin). Up until the last few days it’s all been fine, but a couple of days back a whole host of the shows my daughter watches have disappeared. But when she logs in on her phone over data rather than on the box over wifi, she can see the shows in the list (and watch them), so it appears unique to Virgin box or Virgin wifi. I logged into Virgin account and turned the parental controls on and off again, started working, but today it has gone off again. Any ideas?

Other than the Tv box and the device your daughter watches Netflix on. Have you been able to try any other devices?
